The best wheel alignment in the whole of Merseyside.. been coming here for over 10 years with different vehicles, cars always come out driving straight as an arrow .. straight forward and honest about what is going on with your car and any work that needs doing. Lovely and professional staff, I love the way they used my first name, even if this was my first visit in the garage. I've used them previously on both vehicles (Vclass and 7series) , hence why I'm back after my shock absorber replacement. This is the best place in Liverpool for 4 wheel alignment.

Amazing service. Rang up on a Friday and was told the next available booking was in 3 weeks, however was told I could come in after work the following Monday to drop it off and Phillip would stay behind the next day to get it done for me. Unbeknownst to them, I needed an alignment ASAP however I didn't even have to tell them this, they simply offered to squeeze me in because they could. I was already extremely grateful for this, and then when I dropped the car off at 16.40 Phillip offered to stay behind and get it done for me then and there. Considering they shut at 5, this was above and beyond any service I have received. He genuinely cared about the issue, diagnosed it in under ten minutes and got me out the door in less than 45 minutes whereas another rival business could not even sort the issue. He took the time to sit with me and explain what he was doing and give me advice on the car, which was very helpful. I will definitely be returning for all tyre/alignment issues!

Brilliant service, the car now drives immaculately and Phillip gave me very good advice re tyre replacement and general maintenance. Can’t recommend them enough, very kind and professional, will be booking my MOT with them very soon. Excellent job, great people!
